Frequently Asked Questions

MINIMUM STAY & CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES

  • Three (3) night stay minimum required.
  • Check-in time is flexible.  Please let us know at least 48-hours in advance of your expected arrival time so that someone can be here to greet you.
  • Check-out time is 11:00am.

PAYMENT

  • Prepayment of the first night’s stay must be received within 7 days of booking with balance due upon arrival.
  • First night’s payment is fully refundable if reservation is canceled at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to check-in date.  
  • Cancellations less than 14 days prior to check-in date are not eligible for refunds.
  • We accept: PayPal and Personal Checks (U.S. checks only).  Traveler’s Checks and cash accepted for balance only.
  • We are unable to accept credit cards at this time.

GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING

  • Accommodations are not suitable for children under 12.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

AMENITIES

  • Complimentary Continental Breakfast including coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, warmed pastries, and homemade granola.  An egg cooker is also available.  Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at time of booking.
